This is Bratz Shadi (one of the new characters of the 10th anniversary) wearing Liliana's clothes (another of the new characters) and having a little time of relax with a Littlest Pet Shop Toucan.
The idea of this series is to catch relax moments with soft atmosphere. Those necesary moments to rest and think about the important things in life or perhaps just to disconnect. On this particular image, I imagine she's thinking about important things, perhaps of how getting a real change in her life.
